Terms
Website terms and booking expectations.
These terms explain how this website may be used and what to expect when you send a tattoo enquiry through Jessie Rose.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries submitted through it. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.
2. About us
This website is operated by Jessie Rose Studio, based at Unit 3, Borough Mews, The Borough Yard, Wedmore, BS28 4EB. Enquiries may be sent to jessierosetattooandbeauty@gmail.com.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not:
- attempt to interfere with the site, its security or its underlying systems;
- submit false, misleading or abusive information;
- copy, scrape or republish site content without permission, except where the law allows;
- use the site in a way that could harm Jessie Rose, other users or third parties.
We may suspend access to the site or refuse enquiries where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or misuse has occurred.
4. Enquiries and appointments
Submitting the online enquiry form does not create or confirm an appointment. It starts a conversation so Jessie Rose can review your request and reply with the next steps.
Any appointment date, session length, design scope, price, deposit or payment arrangement is agreed separately in writing or by direct communication before a booking is treated as confirmed.
5. Pricing
Prices shown on the services and pricing pages apply to the listed tattoo sessions and options. Custom tattoo work is quoted individually after the idea, placement, size and complexity have been reviewed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors on the website before a booking is confirmed.
6. Deposits, payment and cancellations
A deposit is required to secure a tattoo appointment. The amount, bank details and payment reference are emailed when you submit an enquiry. Appointments are only secured after payment and proof of payment have been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking:
- deposits are non-refundable;
- you may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice;
- deposits remain valid for six months from payment;
- no-shows and late cancellations may result in loss of the deposit;
- if Jessie Rose needs to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative where available.
7. Age and eligibility
Tattoo services are offered to adults aged 18 or over only. By submitting a tattoo enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Valid photo identification may be required before tattooing takes place. Tattooing a person under 18 is prohibited in Great Britain except for the narrow medical exception set out in law.
8. Health, suitability and aftercare
You are responsible for telling Jessie Rose about any relevant health conditions, allergies, skin concerns, medication or circumstances that may affect tattooing or healing. Please do not include full medical records in the enquiry form.
Jessie Rose may decline or postpone work where it would not be safe or appropriate to proceed. Aftercare guidance is provided on the day and on the aftercare page. You are responsible for following it.
9. Designs, references and intellectual property
Any reference images or ideas you provide remain yours, but you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe another person's rights.
Custom tattoo designs created by Jessie Rose remain her intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Portfolio photographs of completed work may be used for promotion only with appropriate consent.
10. Limitation of liability
This website is provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessie Rose is not liable for loss arising from:
- temporary unavailability of the website;
- reliance on information on the site where a separate appointment agreement has not been made;
- events outside reasonable control, including internet or hosting interruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal data submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Please read that policy before sending an enquiry.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you rights in another part of the United Kingdom.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact page or by email to jessierosetattooandbeauty@gmail.com.
